Delivery Terms
We will accept orders from anywhere in New Zealand. We reserve the right to accept orders at our discretion.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
All products are delivered by signed courier service within NZ and are usually delivered within 3 5 business days of placing your order.
New Zealand Rural destinations and or Saturday deliveries attract an extra delivery fee of $4.00 per service. Rural deliveries can also take an extra day to be delivered.
International Orders
We do not accept International orders, Radar Direct is a New Zealand based business.
Returns Policy
Goods returned for exchange or refund may incur a 15% restocking fee. Goods must be returned in the original condition as at time of sale. Damaged or used goods cannot be accepted for refund or exchange. Radar Direct Limited retains ownership of all goods sold until full payment is received.
All purchases through this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
